March 11th- Atco Raceway!!

On Tuesday March 11th, a group of us are meeting up for a tuesday night grudge fest/street racing at Atco. We have about 5 or so right now, and anyone in the area is MORE than welcome to come out.
From the looks of it, we're gonna be reppin the Org real well, so let's get some more out and show Atco what the PSDs can do! We got some of the fastest ones already on the playbill, so come on out and race or watch, either way, it's gonna be a blast!

It's $10 to get in (spectate) and $15 to race as of last year, I'm gonna guess they kept it the same.

How dare you place your yet unproven truck amongst the ranks of "some of the fastest"! There have not been 4 passes in each direction with 14 camera angles and a witness from a sanctioning body present to verify the runs.

Hopefully Jersey John and Evan can make it since they are semi-local. Myself, Lord Tauk and Echo are making the voyage from MD and I believe DKR will be coming up from DE. The weather forecast looks to be a nice day for Tuesday. High of 50 during the day so we should be dealing with high 40s in the evening. The debut of the improved El Diablo truck is a must see event!

I'm going to try to work it out so my little shop helper can attend as well.

Hey matt, what time are you and dave heading up? I figure we could all meet somewhere and head up together. DKR isn't too far from me so if he is going we might have a nice little convoy put together.

Our plans for yesterday were to leave Aberdeen around 4:30 so we would be cruising thru Elkton around 5:00 I guess. You want to meet at one of the truck stops at 279?

Works for me, I only live about 1/2 mile from the elkton exit on 95. I could meet you at the TA truckstop. It's the one that is towards newark.

It's at least an 1.5 hours from my shop Matt. I can't see you making that one on a work night. Chris I am familiar with the TA. We will see you there around 5 if that works for you.

I might be able to make it. I am already off work the next day cause of my surgery. It is at 8, but all I'll have to do is lay there with my mouth open! And with the drugs the give me I'll catch up on sleep that afternoon!

Hafta check with the wifey though, cause our anniversary is the 10th and I am supposed to have class that night, but I might ditch. So, I have to see what she wants to do for that. Sounds cheesy, but I learned early that one thing you don't forget or skip is the wedding anniversary! Even for racing!

OK...talked to the wifey, she's cool with me going on Tuesday, as long as I get my "Honey do" list done before that since I will be outta commission for almost 5 days following it!

Her and I are going to do the anniversary dinner thing on Sunday.
