Great times were had by all...

Thanks to everyone who showed up this weekend. I had a great time last night (maybe all the beer I and everyone else enjoyed talking here) meeting fellow PSD enthusiasts. There were way too many names and faces for me to remember, but the trucks stand out in my mind. Lots of smoke and some big numbers, but no carnage (unless it happened while I was gone). First and foremost thanks, Scott, for not only hosting this thing, but for also helping keep us rolling. Sorry about the beast, man. Opportunities a' knockin. I can't say enough about that DP (OUCH! Just got bit by that damn power bug. Hoping to be the first 1000 hp 444 without drugs. I can dream, can't I?) Awesome 22's, Logan (sorry about the car, deer, uh- whatever your grille ate) Awesome rims and stacks. BTW, did you run and what numbers did you pull? Stroke, all I have to say to you is :fawkdance: Hope that Jeep project comes together. I'd like to see the numbers on that beast! Granny, congrats on keeping your head(s) while running that 450 plus. Great chow, too. Stump, SICK EX! Now I know what to ask Santa for. If I forgot anyone specific, sorry. I probably forgot your name or handle.

Finally, I just wanted to say what an awesome group of people I got to meet this weekend from all over. This was one of the few things I've done where I didn't feel out of place or unwelcome. Just a bunch of hard working folks having a good time. To those hitting the road today and tomorrow please keep it between the lines and tires down on the way home. Besides, you need to keep working so I'll keep getting paid. I need to feed my growing PSD habbit BTW: I hope to see you Floridians next year, wherever it may be.

Hi Guys,

Thank you. We had a great time! Scott and his family were perfect hosts and Granny makes a killer fry. I need to know the name of the fish that you served in bite size pieces. It was excellent! Logan, you did a great job organizing everything and there were prizes galore!

I loved all the pictures. We're looking forward to next year! I'm very happy to say that our drag tree competition generated $150. The department we were donating the proceeds to and adding $100 from DJ's, evaluated abused children. I had not worked with them since we moved out of Miami last year and found out yesterday that they couldn't get enough funding and closed down.

We are working with a Pediatrician in Miami who is dedicated to helping children who have been mentally and physically abused. He himself has adopted 12 kids to help give them a better life. We are looking for a cause where our donation, as small as it is, will make a difference and be for the children, not copy paper. I'll let you know.

Thanks,
Vivian
