Oct. 27th Cecil Dragway MD Test-n-Tune

Hello again...

Just wanted to put out there that I MIGHT be heading down to Cecil again in 2 weeks. They have a Saturday Test n Tune day all day.

I am not 100 percent sure if I am going yet, but am seriously considering it. Just got an email from Eric and he is going over my race tune and some info I supplied him from my last runs (boost, EGTs, RPM shift points, etc.). He said he will look over it and probably be making a couple of minor adjustments again.

SO, now that I am getting my launches down (pulled a 1.88 sixty foot on my last run w/ a .154 RT), I really want to try again. Besides, it is fun hanging out and BSing in the lanes and around the pits.

I just wanted to throw this out there in case anyone is interested. I know it might be a little soon for the guys that traveled the furthest and those who have to work weekends. So, if you know for sure you can't make it, it's all good!

Well, I am dropping the spare for sure since it is too small for me now anyways. And I know I will NOT be filling up the dammn tank again!

As for the toolbox, that will probably be determine by if I have the time.

Eric said he is working on another new tune for me that he wanted to try Friday night but we didnt have the cable for the SCT. He said he'll have it done by that Saturday. I think he is bumping my boost up, and who knows what else. I trust him and let him do his thing!!

I don't know what time I can make it, but if it's all day I should be able to do something in the afternoon. My son will have his last football game that day. I just don't know what time the game is. I want him to come with me because he loves this kind of stuff.

Matt if you show up we will get you in the 13s! I think just getting the boosted launch down will get you there, but I think you can get another tenth or two by tweaking your SCT a little. You 13 second guys rock! I wish my truck wasn't so darned heavy. Next time I'm dropping the spare. That's about all I have left as far extra weight goes.

If Echo shows up we might as well go home! That lil work truck is one tough SOB!
