No offense but why didnt you talk to him on the phone first? I found my truck online and talked with the guy daily for almost a week before I could make the 4hr drive to see it.

I just think its alot easier to BS with someone on the fone instead of threw e-mail when youre striking a deal.

just file a report. thats pretty much all you can do. the kid thinks that you will just give up. Call your bank. or get a copy of your return check. try to find out what bank he cashed it at. with his name on th back of the check. If you did fill out the memo part on the check then its a legally binding contract. take it with you when you file your report.

I Have sold and bought off of here. The last thing I sold was $700+ bucks to 07Stroker I believe, and I give my # that way if they have any questions they can call. I think it is total BS that this Douche Bag is going to screw with us POWERSTROKES... I think the mods should change him from Compresion Addict to DOUCHE BAG!!!

you are right, they ought to do something to red flag a person here that has proven to be out to cheat people
