i would call him and tell him you got people coming over to get the programmer.

They cant really do anything about it and if they refuse, file that police report.

talked to the police and i am going to file a report on sunday. i talked to his dad and told him what was going on and he said he was going to talk to him tom. if i dont here from him, i am just going to file the report. we called from a diff # and they said it was someone else. this kid is a POS

told his dad i just want my money back....

IMO this is the best advise you have gotton so far.
I think this will get the best results, when he knows there is someone close, but he's not being threatened.
