Another reason I love it here

Ok....so I've noticed something.

This AWESOME site has 20K+ members and has been around for not too long...(Don't know for sure so someone post it up if you know the month and year.)

Another vehicle forum I am on has around 17K+ members, has been around since 1996 or 1997 and is nowhere as cool as this place. There are arguments and yada yada.

Now...there is a WEALTH of information on that site, but if you don't use the SEARCH...your gonna get flamed.

Here, I've answered the same question about 100 times and I don't mind all that much.

I guess I'm just saying THANKS to everyone for making this an AWESOME oasis on the internet...with a wealth of knowledge and stimulating conversation. (Even if we do argue a little bit!!!)

Yes, I have to agree. There are so many people on here willing to help and share their knowledge without getting PO'ed for answering stupid(well, not stupid), but general info questions that newbies like myself dont know the answer to. I love this site!

I can't believe this forum is this new and is run as well as it is. I'm on ALOT of car forums and am a newb to the Powerstroke (and now lifelong fan) and this is also one of the friendlier groups of guys as well. I'm on forums that have been around since waaaaaay back and they are run no better than this one. Great mods too but the membership base is above average and seems to police itself rather well.

Y'all make it what it is. We just set the foundation for what we thought would make an enjoyable, informative and successful site - y'all actually built it to what it is today. The past couple of years have flown by - at the rate we're growing picture us at the five year mark.

Have to agree with all that is being said. A ton of nice people who don't mind answering the same question over and over (I have been on both sides of this). People who are eager to share their knowledge and ideas to help out another person. Doesn't get much better than that.
Thanks,
Craig
