Welcome to the site. I really dont believe we have an in crowd here. Its pretty much a big happy PSD family for the most part. We try to answer questions as quickly as possible. In my opinion the best place to post truck problems or questions is on the main forum. The chat room is pretty much for BS'in. If you give us a chance im pretty sure you will see it that way

As far as the CPS thread....there are tons of those, and if the thread got a couple replies then there is a chance that people saw that there had been replies and figured it was answered. Im guilty of this from time to time.....also, like others said, if it fell too deep into the list of threads before someone who knew the answer got online, it may have just got overlooked.
I think everybody is missing the root of the problem here. The original poster admitted that he didn't even post the question in the forums.

in was in the chat room....could not get answer in there what makes me think a post would? but like said before life goes on.
He is upset because he asked in the chat room and nobody responded. A question that was not asked in plain view of the general membership may not get an answer. In fact, when dealing with the chat room, the text only remains on the screen for maybe 1 to 2 minutes max.

I took the time to look through all 38 posts that dale3311 has made since becoming a member. Not one of them involves a question about a CPS. In fact the minimum response to anything he has posted has been 5 replies and the average is more like 25 replies per post.

By the way dale3311 now that you have everyone's attention it may be a good time to ask that question!

I believe this "IN" crowd is very true here at the .org.

We all own Fords with Diesels in them, so therefore, we ARE the "IN" crowd.

Yea...i think thats REALLy high for just those three...just did the calculations....im guessing it should have cost you about 3800 bucks or so if it was the low pressure oil pump and about 4500 if it was the high pressure pump, if those three are all you had done...

Hell one of the reasons I went and became a premuim member is the unreal welcome and help I got here in my first few months. Being a noob I figured I wouldnt get treated as well as the people who had been here for along time, and any questions I had would be the last thing on everyones mind.. I hadnt even got the truck from the dealer and had asked a bunch of questions and they were answered right away... everyone made me feel at home even when I had stupid questions... So I said i want this place to be around for a long time Im gunna donate to the cause..And I will continue to do so ... these guys and girls are great
