Decided I wanted to spruce up the interior of my 08 F350, so I got to asking around, and those plastic pieces apparently won't hold paint very well, and they can't be powder coated due to the heat, then I had a great idea. Vinyl wrapping. Went to the 3M website, bout myself enough vinyl to do it all with and I'm awaiting its arrival. Will keep everyone updated on progress once it begins, it'll be a harmless DIY project. Famous last words though, let's be honest.
got it. well we're gonna give this project a shot, hopefully I bought enough to take the extra vinyl to a shop and have them redo parts I mess up on. lol.
if you got a good grade vinyl its much easier to work with as far as stretching and heating.
I also apply it wet so I can move it around if need be.
