Cool van on steroids

I want to build the best 7.3 powerstroke motor that is a balance between power and mpg for my E350 4x4 conversion. I am starting with a blank block and a good crank. I am open to as much information as I can get from the knowledgeable solos on this site. I hope to be done in the next year.

Thank you to all.

I was thinking 350hp I have about 5K to 8k. I want to build a high MPG engine that is durable and will last an extremely long time. I put 150k on my truck every year.

Thank you
