what should my next play be for 2002 7.3

I have a 2002 f250 7.3, 8 inch lift, 38 size tires, has the basic upgrades like violant intake and silver exhaust and tony wildman chip. Im wondering what my next play would be, I was thinking about injectors and or turbo or both , would I also need head studs done. The guy I bought it from said it has 4.56 gears or 4.88 gears( he said he was pretty sure 4.56) but idk because my early 99 f250 had a lot more torque and throttle response it seemed off the line so im curious if my 2002 does actually have the gears. the previous owner also said this 2002 f250 has a upgraded HPOP. so my question is what should I do next?

Guages.. And if your thinking turbo or injectors, a lot more involved than just those. Turbo there are some drop in options, but injectors depending upon how much bigger your planning on going fuel system (reg return, pump, filter mods) first, then injectors. You probably have a pmr engine though. Also Bigger fuel and gonna need a built trans.. Really need to figure out what the plan is for the truck.

I just want to make my truck have more power and a little more get up and go. It runs like a 11 second 0-60 right now. I dont want to do anything that will start causing problems down the road either. If i were to get a turbo should I also get a fuel system? what turbo and fuel systems do you recommend.

Depending on what tunes you have, getting a turbo will probably not give you any seat of the pants results, just lower egt's.

could do stage 1's, ww2, and maybe reg return for that. Be closer to 400whp and "safe-ish" with pmrs and a stock trans.
