6.0 Powerstroke in a 1963 Lincoln Continental

Ok so here is the story... I won a 1963 Lincoln continental 5-6 years ago... Drove it for a summer and had fun. But then had motor and Trans problems. So it sat in the shop waiting for time and money... For the past 5 years I have been looking for a cheap 6.0 powerstroke swap and nothing came up. Or anything that was cheap and came complete. So I proceeded with a LSx swap. Got a complete $400 5.3 and a $700 4L80e Trans... And this winter I got her in there and mounts made....

So!!! I'm tooling around on eBay last week for a Chevy 6.0 LS2. And came across a COMPLETE 6.0 powerstroke with everything and a 2wd Trans!!! Has 113xxx on the odometer and only problem is truck had a mixture of gas and diesel ran through her. And guess what the bid started out at 1500 doll hairs!!

So I think f it ill throw down 1600 and no way in hell will it go that cheap!! Well it did I won it for $1500!!!

Here is some LS pics

This will be the issue. Will have to make a way for the powerstroke to run a front sump pan. And or totally gut the dash/firewall

That's awesome. I read an article not long ago about putting a 7.3 in a 95 Bronco which I thought was a heck of an idea, but a 6.0 in that boat oughtta make it scream. Plus every single person at a show walking by asking what's wrong with your engine when you start it up Lol

This is one of the most crazy, hair-brained, straight-outta-left-field ideas I have ever heard.

I love it. Subscribed.
