1993 7.3 idi to powerstroke conversion

I am taking my 1993 f250 7.3 idi and converting it to a psd. it has an automatic in it right now but soon it will also have a five speed. this wont be a quick change but it will be worth it. I have a long road ahead of me, and I cant wait to get to work.

here is the truck I am using for spare parts.
Yes it was on craigslist for a while, but I decided to keep it and turn it into a PSD.

well I broke down and decided to go ahead and just buy a powerstroke. I believe I made a great decision by doing that. I bought a 1997 F350 four door SRW. The truck is bone stock besides a beefed up auto trans, and I plan on selling that and putting in a ZF5. I would like any help on cheap or no cost upgrades to help out with anything on the truck. I will keep updating mods I do to this truck and I am very lucky to have found it. love my new OBS!!
