Unhappy 05 6.0 Transmission building help!!

I recently purchased the ppe xcelerator wen I got it in the mail I programmed my truck took only 5 mins Turned it on level 10 (215) HP and took her for a test drive wen I launched in 4x4 shifted fine from 1st to 2nd but slipped bad and wouldnt go in 3rd with my foot on the accelerator. What should I do to make the tranny more powerful ? I want to shoot for 6-650 HP wen its all said and done with this project Please help me out an throw some suggestions my way. I did try the accelerator the next day and the first run the tranny didn't slip thats one powerful programmer she took off like s rocket twice the power of my old SCT there's no comparison!

look up bts, and is your truck studded with all the deletes done?

if not you might wanna look up some more needed upgrades and keep it off of the 215 hp mode

not familiar with your tuner brand
but anytime you load a tune and wipe the PCM or disconnect the batteries
the transmission goes into a condition called adaptive relearn or close to that term LOL

it will eventually fill in all the info itself so to speak but here is the way to accelerate the process

Quote:
5r110 Shift Relearning Strategy
TorqShift Harsh/Slipping Engagements, Upshifts, and/or Downshifts:
If these symptoms are experienced after the batteries have been disconnected, then it is due to the transmission adaptive strategy being cleared from the computer. This may occur when the vehicle is delivered new from the factory as well.
1. Warm the engine and transmission to operating temperature with all accessories off.
2. Idle engine for one minute with engine warm and all accessories off.
3. Idle engine for one minute with A/C on.
Then:
1. While driving, perform three series of upshifts at light, medium and heavy throttle.
2. While stopped, perform three sets of gear engagements (N-R, N-D, D-R, R-D) with the brake pedal firmly depressed and waiting three seconds between each engagement.
Perform these steps once in normal mode and once in tow/haul.

transmission on the stock setting.
and I will say if u added that much power and that device didn't address the transmission
tuning then you have a problem

Good thing you're getting that done, also get a coolant filter and switch to ecl.

mines a 7.3 I just swapped the front end out for a 05's

sitting around 325 ish saving up for a transmission/TQ before I throw 175/80's and a new turbo wheel on it.

honestly This is the first I have paid any attention to your brand of tuner

it is expensive and not really a popular one
I think it's great that it felt more powerful than an SCT but at what cost to the truck is what scares Me

what SCT and tunning were you using ?
