gasser v10 to 7.3

Looking at changing a 1999. V10 auto to a 7.3 stick . Any advice comments.would be helpful.

Best bet would be to sell/trade the V10 and get the 7.3. I was looking at a nice 7.3 w/manual trans and low miles, single owner and they wanted $7,500.

V10 is blowed and nice body 7.3 runs great trashed truck here in lies the dilema
