I'm not quite sure where else to put this, but it will turn into a build thread once the body work is done on the bronco. I'm going to take my bronco body and put it on a 250/350 frame with a 7.3L powerstroke it (auto/manual trans and of course 4x4.)

I just have a few questions before I start to do my little swap.

What is the difference between the early 7.3L's (94.5-97) vs the "newer ones" (02 and up)?

The reason I ask is because I have found this:
02 f250 7.3 powerstroke

Which seems to be a decent truck within my price range (3,000 or under) and I was wondering the difference between the old and new besides the body style, axle type and bed size.

96' XLT Bronco. 4.10s, 351W gasser
02' Limited Excursion, stock. V10
