My 03 F250

Thought id put up a thread on my build, its slow cause of work but im getting there haha, currently as it sits and my sig describes it but ill go from the start

Bought a bit over a year ago now, completely stock as the come only with a factory ford bullbar and aftermarket canopy fitted and 120,000km on the clock, you guys probably wouldn't belive what we pay for a F250 over here

This is the day I picked it up

The Day after I picked it up I removed the canopy and replaced the wheels and tyres with 16x10 black sunraiser steel rims and 305/70R16 mickey t Claws

That afternoon I had to go test it out offroad

and the next night down the drags

A few weeks later I decided the Ford bullbar had to go, So fitted a ARB steel winch bar with 12000lb winch with rope, 2 lightforce 240 spotlights, Snorkel and UHF and aerial, also had the windows tinted to 5% allround and upgraded the stereo system with new speakers, headunit and 12" sub behind the rear seat

After I done all that, I decided it was time for a bit more power (this is where I wish I did a bit more research instead of just doing it) I installed a Edge attitude tuner with all the gauges and such and a 4" straight through exhaust

Then after doing a few 4x4 trips away and breaking a few bits (completely destroyed my p/steer box and snapped the panhard rod on the front) I got sick of having low clearance and decided it was time for a lift kit

So I Fitted a 4" toughdog lift kit which has comletly new Front and rear Leaf Springs, upgraded tyres to 315/75R16 micky t claws and made up a custom set of rocksliders

and heres some pics of my rocksliders fitted after being powder coated
This trip was the main reason I had made the sliders up

That last vid is also the reason for my latest mod
I got sick of my crappy LSD not doing its job an the front being open centre
so installed front and rear airlockers with a air compressor under the rear seat

I did have pics of the centers out and installing the lockers n such but cant find them at the moment

I know its not much of a build compared to some of the trucks on this forum haha but I thought it put it up as I love showing it off, have heaps more pics and heaps more planned for it, so will try to keep it up to date best I cant (bit hard with my work tho)

You may want to eventually ditch the edge programmer. They are well known to destroy your transmission. Edge is better suited for the dodge Cummins.

Long day out offroad

this is a bit of what happened today, something that is now really high on the list is a set of beadlock rims because I don't want to go through that again hahah

these are probably the best I can do at the moment, can get more if you would like

All of ours are RHD from factory, not brought over then converted apart from the privately imported current models

Nice, now that I didn't know, I thought all rhd Super Duty's were privately converted. Learn something new every day. Sharp looking truck!
