Hey I have a 1997 7.3 and was looking for opinions on the safest way to turn 550 rwhp. As of right now the truck has a 6 inch lift, 35 inch tires, ts tuner, cold air intake and a 4 inch straight pipe. Thankful for all opinions.

You could start with about $5000.00 and go from there. No that's not enough, the transmission will cost that much.
Good luck, but I am sure someone here has built one with that much power, they should be along soon.

I made 550+ hp in a few trucks.
But I used every hp I could in my builds. That's why i sold the e99 I built over that range before I blow a window in the block.

Turbo: T4 S469
Injectors: 250/200s
Oil: Terminator twin hpops
Fuel: comp fuel kit/regulated return
Push rods/studs/springs

And pray your rods stay inside

T4 is a turbo platform that allows you to run various turbos.

38r is a strong stock replacement for 99+7.3 trucks. At 550 hp it's pushed to its flow able CFm limits

H2E is on a t4i platform. H2e would need to me modded to flow enough air for your hp range.

T4 platform for OBs trucks is the best bang for the buck route. You can even run a s467.7 turbo.

300cc injectors are to big for just 550 hp. It's a 600+ injector.
