Recovery ropes

What are you guys all running. In the past I've used relatively cheap straps, I've decided its time to upgrade to some good stretchy and strong ropes.

I've seen some really like 700$ ones.. but well, I don't need that good

I've been told to buy a 12,000 lbs strength rope. But I haven't bought one.

I was looking more for brands. and a 12000lb rope is too light for trucks that can get up to 10 000lbs

I got a bran new 30K one. Its an ARB I think... picked it up at 4Wheel Parts in Indy a while back. Still in the box, waiting on my ragged old strap to break. No need to unbox the new heavy duty strap just for cars in a snowy ditch...

Be sure to get a "recovery" and not a tow strap. Tractor Supply had some a while ago. I got a 3"W 30'L 18k lb for less than a hundred. Don't remember how much.
They did have a 4"W 30'L 90k lb one. It was pretty

This is what i use proper, snatch straps like this, ive got 3 of them in different lengths all 15ton rated and cost $110 each


2003 F250 7.3l (RHD), auto, 4"lift, 315/75R16's, arb steel winch bar, 12,000lb winch, 30" LEDlightbar and 2x lightforce 240 spotlights, Snorkel, edge cts attitude tuner, 5"stright through exhaust, Custom made rock sliders, Front and Rear ARB air lockers, still more on the list to be done

yeah, i think you're looking for a snatch strap

Those princess auto ones are what I keep breaking. Lol. .... I don't like that store.... it takes too much of my money.... Harbor Freight for canadians... damn you

Ropes are better than straps they can take more damage without being weakened as much, the Bubba rope is the kind of deal I'm looking for, I remember coming across a different brand last year that was a bit cheaper, ropes were all white
