Recovery ropes

What are you guys all running. In the past I've used relatively cheap straps, I've decided its time to upgrade to some good stretchy and strong ropes.

I've seen some really like 700$ ones.. but well, I don't need that good

I've been told to buy a 12,000 lbs strength rope. But I haven't bought one.

I was looking more for brands. and a 12000lb rope is too light for trucks that can get up to 10 000lbs

I got a bran new 30K one. Its an ARB I think... picked it up at 4Wheel Parts in Indy a while back. Still in the box, waiting on my ragged old strap to break. No need to unbox the new heavy duty strap just for cars in a snowy ditch...

Be sure to get a "recovery" and not a tow strap. Tractor Supply had some a while ago. I got a 3"W 30'L 18k lb for less than a hundred. Don't remember how much.
They did have a 4"W 30'L 90k lb one. It was pretty

yeah, i think you're looking for a snatch strap
SNATCH STRAP 2.375" x 30', 17,000 lbs Rating

i picked up a few of these about 4 or 5 years ago and haven't broken one yet
4 in. x 30 ft 20,000 lb Heavy Duty Tow Strap | Princess Auto

the price is right.... and who doesn't like spending time at princess auto?

Those princess auto ones are what I keep breaking. Lol. .... I don't like that store.... it takes too much of my money.... Harbor Freight for canadians... damn you

Ropes are better than straps they can take more damage without being weakened as much, the Bubba rope is the kind of deal I'm looking for, I remember coming across a different brand last year that was a bit cheaper, ropes were all white
