Need help: Looks like we lost our Slow Sweep team for Rally WV

Hope this isn't inapporpriate, but my friends are badly in need of help, I was supposed to go down but my truck's broke, and another friend couldn't get out of work.

All: Looks like we lost our slow sweep truck for the cars at Rally WV this weekend at the last moment. I need some help to quickly find a new slow sweep vehicle and driver/crew. Ideally this needs to be a 4WD larger sized truck, with a winch. The winch is not 100% needed but can be very useful. Extraction duties will be light pulls only from ditches and slightly over banks; all heavy extraction will require the team to call in a tow truck.



We would prefer to have this vehicle for both days, Friday from 12:30 to 8:30 PM, and Saturday from 7:30 AM to dusk. We could work with 2 separate vehicles, one on each day, or both days.



Ham radio licensed and equipped would be ideal.



If they are from out of the area, we can provide support for a motel room. From in the WV area or out, we can give some help with fuel costs.

This is seriously a lot of fun, drive around in the mountains, see lots of fast cars, meet lots of neat people, and get to perform some interesting recoveries while you're at it. If you are in the area of West Virginia (I drove down from Philadelphia last year, and it wasn't too long a drive) have a capable truck, and are able to get away thursday evening - sunday morning, please consider heading down and PM me to get in contact with the event organizers to try and arrange something.
