here is one of our members that has a shortbed dually CC.
And there is a guy that lives in town here in Tuttle that has a reg. cab shortbed dually. Its an older truck....like and 89 i think. Looks kinda goofy...as wide as it is long...he has dual stacks and a lift with big mudders.

Long Bed.

Extended rang fuel tank, generator, and 5th wheel hitch. Sometimes the long bed isn't enough

I have a long bed, because I need the space to get bikes on it, but that means the beepbeepbeepbeep thing falls of the road in the wet and tries to park in hedges on curves. Doesn't matter how much power you've got, it only works in a straight line and then only if you can get it down onto the road. The longer the truck, the worse it will handle and the less the back wheels will grip. With 4x4 you get a load of extra weight and friction to soak up power, so no good unless you regularly drive in the mud. Trucks are commercial vehicles to me. As a car substitute, they suck because they handle like a bus and all your stuff gets wet in the back or stolen when you park up. So, for me longbed, or a car.

A long bed dually, if you really want a truck. Otherwise you are too limited in what you can use it for. I even added a hoist to mine so I could lift heavy stuff up into the bed.

That right there says it all! The only time my gal will drive my truck is when we go out and take my truck and then someone  decides to do the unthinkable :beer2: . She drives a small luxury import and complains about the size. So see... size does matter I reckon.
