How long did it take to mod your truck?

Saw this on another forum and thought it would be fun. Just like it says....how long did it take for you to do anything (performance or appearance) to your truck.

For me it was about three weeks before I got floor mats (yes I consider that a mod) and probably about a month before I got an intake and exhaust.

Less than a week. Started with a coolant flush and a drive to Houston to have the head studs installed. Lol

6yrs and counting, I'm keepin' this thing forever....

I am, however, always Amazed how much money people piss-away on this stuff though (maybe I'm just too cheap ) I'll never forget a member here, a few years back, posting that the 2K he spent on his Dynatrac Free Spin Kit was the best thing he'd done... REALLY??? I gotta tell ya, 2 Grand and I want to Feel what I got for my money on a bigger way than Rolling Resistance!

This Winter I bought a PI Stallion converter and (as long as I'm going to pull the Trans) a set of Up Pipes (both from the Sell Forum here, at a discount). The "Spring Project" for me.

Had wheels and tires from previous truck along with muffler delete pipe. Pulled in driveway and started swapping rubber which gave the muffler time to cool down before cutting it out lol.

It's supposed to be when you put your very first mod on haha. This site doesn't help me much with my money spending problem.
