Should I trade?

I got an offer to trade my truck for an early 99 F350 lariat DRW 2wd 6 spd with 180k with 180k for my truck. I don't need a dually by any means but I do need a 4 door. Mileage will probably be worse than my SRW auto. and the wifey can't drivea 6 speed and the truck is stock. What do yall think? I don't mind the 2wd cause I've always wanted a 2wd dually on 22.5 semis.($$$$)

If you always wanted it go for it. The wife would learn to love it. My opinion.

Id probably try to keep my guages and chip. I just don't know. Fuel costs are killing me right now but Im going to be buying a beater DD in september and my son is due in 3 weeks so I could really use the extra space.

The dually doesnt weigh anywhere close to 11,800lbs add about 1k to the weight of your rig.

If its something you want go for it but i dont think i could go from a 4x4 to a 2wd

I vote no because there may be a time when you need the 4wd and you won't have it.
