NHRDA Membership poll for DITD 2008

Ok everyone Marc and I need your thoughts on a decision we must make about DITD 2008

NHRDA is potentially going to sanction the event. The result of this is More marketing, more sponsorships, FASTER Class (easy 10sec trucks), and much better payouts.

To be able to participate in the event you will need to purchase a NHRDA membership. The cost is 40.00 and includes a nice new T shirt and some other goodies.

Are you willing to pay the 40.00 and see the event grow

Or is it to much and don't wanna be a member

do you have to pay the 40 to be able to go to the event? what if you dont plan on racing but just showing up for the support and being able to hang out with fellow .ORG members?

You do not have to pay for a membership to spectate. This is only for payouts.

By partnering with the NHRDA all racers will be able to take part in contengency monies which is a substantial amount alone. We are talking in the thousands.. On top of the sponsored payouts someone could walk away with an extra grand in their pockets from just puting a sticker on their truck.

Basically if you watch Nascar and you see all of the stickers on the front of the cars. They get paid for each one of those sticker if they win.

This all to help grow the event, NHRDA actually like the concept we have of fun with a little competetion. It would be awesome for the org, Marc and I to bring the biggest diesel event possible.

Keep in mind this poll will determine what direction we go. As always the members are 1st and help make the decision.

DHRA doesn't work with others they are into doing their own thing. Our turnout in 2007 was much better then DHRA's AZ event and we only had 2 month to plan.
