Pick a shop please

So I need new head gaskets and glow plugs and some new power adders. The compression is so bad that the truck has a hard time starting. I need and want my truck back. After a lot of discussion these are the shops that have popped up. Find the link to my other thread, where I have the quote of the original shop that was going to be doing the work. But after realizing their price was to high I decided to look elsewhere. Any experiences please vote. Bad/good reviews i want them all. If you have another shop please alert me.

Oh and look at the quote they argued saying cat-elc was a bad idea and to use ford gold.

Things i want, studs, egr delete, oil cooler, injectors, blue spring or new fuel system, banjo bolts, elc coolant. Think thats about it...lmk if i missed anything.

He is using factory gaskets and Ford Gold Coolant and Motorcraft Oil. He said he would put in anything I brought him though.

Ok thanks, i probably will make the switch to cat coolant.

I don't know them personally, but i've heard good things. I know they do alot of performance stuff. They had a dyno day in Central Jersey over the summer. I talked to the guy, seemed like a decent guy to deal w/.
