7.3 with PMR's or 6.0?

Sorry, noob error But why do 6.0's handle 100+ HP over 7.3's with PMR's? same rod but alot more HP?

6.0 rods were designed to be PMR's from the start. 7.3 rods were forged, then they started making them PMR but did not redesign them.

6.0 rods are pmrs but way bigger and designed better than 7.3 rods
