Unhappy Need Big Advice

I am still looking at an 04 6.0 Powerstroke. The truck appears to be VERY well taken care of. It has 90,000 miles though. What concerns should I have??? What engine problems should I be worried about? I spoke with the previous owner, and he stated he never had any issues, but it did not seem to have the power it once did. Should I be concerned with total engine failure?? Should I consider having the turbo rebuilt? thanks for any and all input

Get the VIN off of the truck and give it to a dealer to run the Oasis

I didn't know that was the name, but I already have that. Nothing big on there. A new EGR valve was put on at 72,000. Lots of maintainence, but that is about it.
