Red basically the way ROTM works is A nominations thread is started where you post a pic you would like to get in. From the pics that are posted Stump Randomly chooses 4 pics to be voted on for ROTM. When he chooses the 4 pics those are the ones to be voted on.

Try to enter again when the next nominations thread is put up. Good luck
