Where does this lady get off telling us when and where the Bill of Rights applies to us? I thought this was the US and it applied to the United States of America.

You know what's even scarier to me is that this country is going Left and the EU is going Right.

The Bill of Rights are written by the people for the people.

They are specific rights that shall not be infringed upon. They are the first 10 ammendments of the Constitution of the United States.

Does anyone know why it is the first 10 ammendments.

Well if you do not know it goes with the first 10 commandments.

Oh by the way the only Ammendment that she could base this off of is the 10th Ammendment.
