I am sure you have all heard about the accidental death of a actress at a Quebec ski resort. I turns out there is a 140% chance she might have survived if she had the accident at an American ski resort do to better abulance service, accessability to suitable imaging equipment etc. Instead of screaming that a seriously contributing factor to her death was the above..the government is of course now going to mandate everyone wear a helmet to go down the bunny hills! Morons..

if you skiied were we ski you would want a helmet,but if you only ski groomed runs you should be fine.some peoples heads are just not as thick as others.

you all crack me up... chit happens no matter where you are... and I really think that every thing happens for a reason... don't get me wrong I do think that it is a bad thing that she passed away at 43 with two kids.. but just saying

I've been skiing for over 40 years..and have never worn a helmet..note even when racing years ago. I have skied all over North America and yes including Alaska and various helicopter and cat skiing operations and have never felt the need for a helmet. On the other hand I would never get on a motorcycle without one.
