I wonder what they will do, if you arent behind on your payments, and you just wanna lower your payment. My credit score is low. It sux, but as of now, only tried 2 companies, and have not been able to refi because of it.

Well.............we overlooked the cost of college for two kids at a major university. In four years I might have one kid in med school, but all other expenses will be gone. I'm gambling that we can hang in through this economic thing. Right now I don't feel very lucky.

Well at least I can look forward to the education deduction of $2500 per kid. That will pay for a little over 1/2 of the tuition for one semester. Not the housing, fuel, food, books, meds, clothes, and the other half of the first semester, the second semester, or summer semesters.

I FEEL SAVED !!!!
