The Shredding of the Constitution

DC Voting Rights Bill Clears Senate Hurdle - Presidential Politics | Political News - FOXNews.com

The socialists continue to violate the Constitution whenever they see fit. It is reprehensible that this has passed the Senate, and will pass in the House without so much as a peep from the media. The District of Columbia was established as such:

Article One of the US Constitution called for the establishment of a district, distinct from the states, to be exclusively legislated by Congress.

Article One, Section Two, Clause One states: The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature.

Plain as day, DC was established as a federally administered district "distinct from the states". For the selection of members of the House, the members are chosen every second year by the "People of the Several States".

Further, Amendment 14 to the US Constitution, Section Two: "Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State".

The action taken today by the Senate, to be taken by the House, supported by Dear Leader - IS 100% UNCONSTITUTIONAL. If they want to grant House membership to representatives from DC, the Constitution MUST be amended. Libs. Congress tried this once, the proposed amendment received only 16 of the required 38 states' ratification.

The process for amending the Constitution is explicitly detailed. If you want to change it, you MUST follow the steps layed out in the Constitution.

This is an issue that needs to be brought to light. Our rights and our freedoms are beginning to disappear one by one. The enemy is testing the waters - circumventing the Constitution is only a start. Is Dear Leader a natural born citizen? Is Hillary Clinton Constitutionally ineligible to be Secretary of State? They are taking our money and redistributing it to "those who need it most". They are talking of nationalizing our banks. They are in bed with the anti-gunners all over America.

I could go on and on as I get more and more p*ssed.

I really need to read the constitution. I'm sure I read it when I was in school, but I have a short attention span and memory. I hate liberals, every last one of them!
