comes this tidbit out of California. I don't want to start a re-hash of the other thread but I am not the only one who thinks there is merit in this.

Just thought I'd post this since it is so relevant to the other discussion. If discussion ensues please keep it to the merits of legalization and the effect on the economy and not whether it is right to get high or not.
