You can stand up an look at our economy and be proud it is taking a dive?
You can stand up and say I am proud the dollar is worth less and less every day?
You can stand up and say Im proud most of my fellow Americans would rather have some one tell them how they have to be then to be able to make their own decisions?
Im am afraid for all of us. I am afraid the direction my beloved country is going. This isnt the country my relatives fought to protect and build.
Im not proud that my blood has been spilled so "Americans" can bash everything that blood has stood for.

There is a lot of things to be proud about and then there is a lot to be disapointed in. Right now I am disapointed in this country.

Im still a proud Texan. Screw the rest of ya.

Sempre Fi.
Amen.

I flew my flag upside down the day after the election to show we were under distress.

I can say i am a proud American because i voted for an American Hero who has served this country longer in a POW camp then Hussein has in the senate. the ones who voted for Hussein can call themselves proud citizens of the Peoples Republic of Obama. Thats were this country is headed!

The mans name is Obama not Osama I bet you think he is Muslim too huh?? BTW I dont think Im a proud American I know I am. As far as being a Patriot my ancestors have been fighting terrorism since the 1800's so dont even go there. I believe I'm a patriot since I voted for someone who will change the country bring the American dollar back to where it should be. Of course I invest in diamonds and gold not a piece of linen.

Thats the problem right there. So what if people are crying about it, if thats how you feel thats how you feel. I cant believe a proud Texan would knuckle under.
No thats why I diversify
Are you so narrow minded that you really think one man in this country can tell you how to live your life?? Come on!

How did your blood get spilled, got a paper cut shuffling papers.

Uhh- Crack open your history book and start reading. The answer is YES. One man CAN change an entire country. Italy, Germany, Russia, N.Korea, France.. need I continue? No, not talking yesterday's history either..

Are you kidding me!!! you are so naive!! look at hitler! look at Stalin!! they controlled there people i think the man sitting in the most powerful office on earth can! I just realized why you dont have to worry about Hussein. Cause you probably live on an indian reservation were US laws have little effect. you dont have to own up to your mistakes, makes sense

FWIW. I feel the admin's eyes peering over the walls on this thread!

hey wait, that is a history hint. See, One person CAN change a lot.....and quickly.

There is also another quick change.. and it goes a little something like ----> all from one person.
