Does "Acorn" ring a bell? The now infamous "community organizing" (I use that term very loosely) that is also, through subsidiaries, is set to receive over $4.5 Billion of the lefty "anti-stimulant" bill?! Yes friends Acorn, which has over 142 federal and state election tampering charges still pending (the ACLU and NAACP petitioning Obama for dismissal of course) from the last election. That however is not, in my opinion, not why the USofA currently has a Marxist/socialist secular progressive peacenik sitting in its executive branch. I would of course never agree with that bastion of idiocy, the icon of the young and the dumb..Michael Moore..however..when bragging about the Democrat win he made this factual statement, "this is the first election where my people could party all night long, sleep all day and still get up in time to vote for our first MTV President." You get the picture.

This election win was a combination of race trumping gender, Hollywood hype, common sense losing out to a series of one line slogans a kindergarten class could come up with and white female, Hispanic and black voters, urban "special interest groups", environmentalists, the young and the dumb college age stoner crowd thinking it’s the sixties at "Woodstock" and my favorite..baby booming former hippies having Grateful Dead acid flashbacks through their collective desire to relive their misspent youth and in particular white guilt for just being "American."

Oh yes and I forgot..Senator McCain, who truly is a genuine hero (not just for America but us all) is sadly not a "conservative" by any stretch of the imaginiation. I like the man..alot..but not many of his current social values or beliefs..he is no President Ronald Reagan. Personaly, I don't see any of the current "leadership" picks anywhere near what the US needs, we have the same problem here in Canuckistan. Now that the media has flexed its muscle and literally won an election for "their" star count on them to only come out of the lefty closet and become even more blatant in their favoritism and bias in their editorializing..its an Ipod & YouTube world now..

I totally agree on that, but he was still a h*ll of a lot better pick than Osama. Too bad we didn't get anybody to vote for, that for one, had a chance to win, and for two, was the fiscal conservative we need running this country, and to get us out of this slump without taking our deficit to higher levels than its EVER been
