He PROBABLY wont be charged.!!!!???Why should there be ANY doubt?

im sorry but i had to laugh... i mean is horrible that this guy and his wife had to fight off and kill intruders and the kids had to witness this. but these aholes got theres! people who are going to commit crimes like that deserve what they get, and can you imagine there surpise when this lady and husband kicked there a$$ and then shot them. they just say probley because it has to be looked into a little bit, they wont get charged.

Yeah..It would seem that the one invader was "in denial" that is : he was thinking HEY I'm the bad buy you CANT take my gun!
The moral of the story....NEVER mess with someones kids..especially a mother's kids.
