If it does not line up with Scripture it is as straw in the fire and shall be burnt up. I am hardcore and I will never give in, or give up. Think about it real hard do you really think GOD is going to change the plan by what you think it should be, or becuase you choose to compromise with the world rather than GOD. All the answers are in the Scriptures and yes a woman can most certainly bring this Nation under GOD down. It was so with the ancient Children of Israel, again can you say diaspora (The dispersion of Jews outside of Israel from the sixth century b.c., when they were exiled to Babylonia, until the present time).

The Bible will still be here no matter who wins the election and God will still be in control. His word will not change.

Its actually got nothing to do with Washington Independent; the post is a reply to an article. For what its worth, it has also appeared in the NYT, Washington Post, etc.

Ive sought information on this lady, but all I cna find is this post and commentary on it.

Back to the scriptures if GOD is unchanging and I believe that he is, Then how would you get around the scriptures stating that a woman is not to have authority over the man A woman is not to have authority over a man teaching / preaching in the Church 1 Corinthians 14:34. If you are truly talking about the moral fabric of this Great Country, endowed by our creator an truly blessed. then what makes you think you can just pick and choose as the wind blows any scripture out of context to justify your feelingsAnd you do not do this? Do you work on Saturday or Sunday?. If she where a man with the same atributes, and true Christian resume I would already be pulling the lever for the republican ticket. Most of all remember unless John McCain becomes incapacitated in office, Sarah's only job would be as a tie breaker vote as head of the senate. She will not make any policy, and or enforce any policy. The best we could hope for is that a bill that McCain veto's, comes back to a tie breaker vote for overide in the Senate and she Votes for the veto. Thats it end of story, she has no other function untill or if she becomes president.
Just a follow up question no one has asked yet. She Govenor Palin is a career Politicain, and her husband is a stay at home house daddy Sounds like "daddy" is being used in a derogatory form, pretty sure Jesus didn't make derogatory comments, think I read that in the Bible somewhere. . I do understand their situation with their son, but just how do you square it with scripture? Don't know where you get you info, but I understand "daddy" does have a job.It truly is a shame that our moral fabric has corroded to the point that we must have 2 incomes, career women instead of men, and work 7 days a week instead of honoring the Sabath (can we say diaspera). Remember the old addage "you made your bed now sleep in it". GOD is absolutly faithful to give us what we want, Jesus said " I set before you today life or death, and I tell you to choose LIFE".
