I want to start a thread where we discuss the Liberal agenda.

I want to hear the benefits of having the Government care for and make decisions for us as Citizens. (cradle to grave)

I want to hear the reasons as well as having them proved out in real world applications (ie. Russia, Canada etc.), this is so I can understand the pros of becoming a socialist country.

This is not meant to be condescending to my liberal friends.

I am looking for truths not just talking points, because I realize I may have to change my point of view.

the bright side is, with liberals in control, it should be imposible for me or hurt myself.. sence they protect us from outselfs, and I will always be able to live in my goverement controls house, and work for the coke plant, which our goverement now owns...

We are already a socialist country. If you understand the current approved definition of socialisum and then look at the way our system works you will see we are clearly socialist already. Time for change?
