McCAIN V.P. THOUGHTS.........

I'm thinking that either J.C.Watts, former Congressman from Oklahoma, or Kay Bailey Hutchenson, Senator from Texas would just about put the whole thing to rest. Both Qualified conservatives and both minorities.

Any thoughts

I like J. C. Watts, but he has baggage. Past allegations of failure to
pay property taxes, family legal troubles (shootings), etc.

He'd do better to pick another. I STILL like Ms Rice.

I think Condi has too much Iraq war baggage. Not a bad thing in my eyes, but the country in general is probably not keen on her serving in the White House. I like Thomas Sowell, but I know that's not going to happen. Kay Bailey would be good. They can't criticize her because she's a woman, right?

I think McCain should pick Hillary. Bring all those Dem votes. Then after the election current VP Cheney could fill her in while taking her on a quail hunting trip.

I get it. Just to get her in tune with the gun owner crowd. Good thinking. I like a man with vision!
