Election Prediction

I found this on my internets homepage. If they are right I think America is in for more trouble. It says that system has picked 12 of the last 14 presidental elections correctly. Lets hope its 12 out of 15.

I think conservatives are going to come out of the woodwork like crazy on this one. Conservatives generally arent the type to make much noise, not like liberals, you know what I mean like how they are always protesting and campaigning showing up ro rallies and speaches. Most of the conservatives are usually too busy for this sort of thing cause they are working or out protecting this country. I think alot of people know whats at stake here. I could be wrong but I think they will surprise everyone.

I hope they are wrong on this one too......It seems that the people that took the polls on AIMs website are just about split 50/50 on who they think is going to win, and who they want to win.

Hope you're right. So long as the polls remain close (like they are right now),
then you probably ARE right. If Obama had a 20 point lead, many might
give up hope, and not bother to vote.

NOT ME THOUGH! I'll be at the voting booth. I ALWAYS renew my license
to gripe!

I could not agree with you more. I was born and raised about 7 miles as the crow flies from the White House in Arlington, Virginia and have had an up close and personal view of Politics in this Country for over 40 years. Trying to be as objective as possible, I think Obama has truly peaked to early. I can't stand either Obama or Hillary but will admit that I think she would have had a better chance of beating McCain that Obama. Remember that Obama's best days were way back in February when he won 11 primaries in a row. Sine then (March-June) Hillary beat him in ALL the most important swing states i.e. PA, Ohio, etc. The reason she won those states is that blue-collar white American's are not comfortable with the idea of him being our President. I don't think it is because they are racist or biggots, just that they don't like him. I could name a few black conservatives who I could live with as President. My point here is that the Democrats ended up picking the candidate who LOST momentum at the end of the primary season.

Finally, I think Obama's oratory skills are OVERRATED. He really offers no substance in his speaches.

Lastly, McCain should spend the final days of his campaign focusing on his DRILL, DRILL, DRILL message. The Democrats left for their 5 week summer vacation on Friday WITHOUT even allowing an up or down vote in the House of representatives on opening up the US continental shelf to drilling. Maybe we should have every trucker in this country march on DC to protest the fact that they have failed our country. Hey, maybe even the mainstream media would cover it

Go MAC!

Obama wont debate Mcain in town hall meetings. read this article, Obama will only do the 3 scheduled debates. I think he is scared and only want to do the three cause he knows when it comes to the issues Mcain will mop the floor with him. That piece of crap is running on popularity and retoric and thats it.
