Hard work needs to be encouraged not discouraged, because that is what we all are; discouraged. Discouraged that we all work very hard and many hours at the expense of our families, and many of us are just scraping by each week. Meanwhile we see
our money being doled out to those who are "disabled" in one way or another. Our definition of disabled is much different than that of the bureaucracy that decides where
our money should go. If you didnt have a job to begin with, then you are not disabled. If you are too overweight to work, you are not disabled, you are a victim of your own habits. If you have too many children you are not disabled, you are a victim of your own lack of resposibility. If you have a dependency problem you are not disabled, you are a victim of your own stupidity. The handouts that are in place should only be to help those who have contributed and worked - The elderly and those who have lost their jobs or have been physically injured and need temporary short term support.
All others whether physically or mentally challenged can contribute to society in one capicity or another in return for
our hard earned money.
Oh yea.. and being lazy is not a disability either.
