I was seriously listening on my CB radio to a bunch of truckers arguing about politics and it was terrible. They were REALLY REALLY gettin into it about Obama, "Don't you think we need someone like Obama actually talking about change and doing better?" and Iraq, "leavin Iraq aint gonna do us no good you want the terrorists to come over here on your backyard blowin up whatever they want" and 9/11 "I personally think our own damn gov'ment blew up them towers" even Korea "Just answer me one damn question driver thats all i want, why haven't we done anything about Korea, they really do got nukes why haven't we gone over there?" It made me sick. Once it got to "I think you just gotta low esteem... cause you gotta little pecker" I turned it off. I didn't even talk, i wanted to bring up the ever-present threat of CHINA but couldn't interject to that sh*t.

conversation with the old man. Eventually the topic got around to Obama
and his bid to be our President.

The old rancher said, 'Well, ya know, Obama is a 'post turtle'.

Not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked him what a 'post

The U.S. is full of babies and complainers...Things like 9/11 happen all the time everywhere else in the world and we dont even blink an eye. This "danger" that we have been in has only been amplified with Bush being in office...All he does is piss off other world leaders, embarrass the U.S., and than talk about how great of a job he has done protecting us. Protecting us from what? Did Bin Laden come from Iraq? No. Was Iraq in anyway involved with the attacks on 9/11? No. Are we there for oil? Yes. Of course, this is a diesel truck site so its expected almost everyone on here is far right.

If we're in Iraq for the oil then why does gas cost so much? Wouldn't it have been cheaper just to buy the oil? Or better yet use the money we are spending over there to drill in our own country? Did you miss Saddam's mass graves and the yellow cake uranium they found? What about the weapons inspectors that were kicked out?

Actually they did find evidence that there were WMDs that were removed before the invation but that wasn't reported on much at the beginning of the war but recently they found 550 metric tons of yellowcake:
