Too far? Not far enough?

You shouldn't drink and drive, I think everyone will agree with that but is this taking it too far?

Apparently many other cities in Texas are doing this as well so be careful out there this weekend.

in Ohio and some other states, if you get a DUI you are given a mandatory bright yellow license plate. So everyone knows, kinda like putting a sign in your yard if you're a registered sex offender. I think it's borderline, but a great idea nonetheless.
