IDK, That article had liberal undertones all over it.
We are paying $100/barrel because of the now huge demand from China, Korea, India, etc... We aren't the only big kid on the block who wants it. The Arabs see it, and raise the price accordingly. Just like the construction industry got hit with HUGE spikes in the cost of steel, cement, etc... a few years ago...those prices haven't gone down, even though China's "3 gorges" dam is complete. |
