I'll bet it's Hillary's staff that is digging this up, she's about to have her *** beat and she is trying everything to get the nomination. And who in NY voted for her to become a senator? Whoever did needs a and and a . Then they need to do this for an hour.

This is correct. If your parents are in the military (like McCain's dad was) and you happen to be born overseas as a result of his military service, why wouldn't you consider him a natural citizen?

look up panama's status when he was born......(havent researched, just saying it may be a problem...)

I don't know when McCain was born but the US purchased the land and finished building the canal in the early 1900s. The US owned the land until the 1970s. My dad lived in Panama when they gave it back to the Panamanians. So, although my dad is old, I think it's safe to say that McCain was born long before that on US owned and operated land in Panama. But it wouldn't matter as long as he was born on a US military base because that's US territory no matter what.

it was never resolved...no judicial action taken to my knowledge.

Just because some people "feel" it is a done deal, doesnt make it so.
