Libertarian candidates
I went to vote on Friday and saw several libertarian candidates I did not even know were running. I had no idea who Gary Johnson was at all. I did not know there was a third presidential candidate. I feel like a bad American because I did not take the time to look at all the candidates. Why was he not in the debates? Why was he not covered by the liberal media? They sure covered Romney well, so why not Johnson? I would have voted for the libertarian candidates but I feared it would be a waste of a vote. I hate to say that but I want the democrats voted out of office, especially Obama. I would like to know more about them. From what I have read they want less governmental control. If that is true then sign me up. But I fear they are no different than other political parties and just tell us what we want to hear. Is there a rise in their power? Will we see more of them? How do you all feel about them?

No, you're not a bad american.
Third Party will never win, that's just the way it is. We are always stuck with voting for the lesser of two evils....... |

I would like for the Libertarian's to run things for a while. Less govt. and more freedom is just what I would like. At any rate a Libertarian vote says I don't support either Romney or Obama which is right where I stand.

It woud be nice to have a third choice. I have seen more and more of them in the last few years. The ones I have met however are night and day. Some want to blow stuff up and some seem well planted.

I voted for Gary Johnson today and proud of it. Wasting your vote is voting for one of these establishment candidates who will only continue the status quo. If we don't show our disgust with our current system by voting for third parties it will NEVER change.

I would like to see more Libertarians and see the party grow and become a player with the other two twinkies. The Republican and Democratic parties are basically the same with the Republicans moving slower towards socialism than the high speed train that the Democrats are on.
To the OP, the reason you don't see more about the Libertarian party is money. They don't have as much as the other two and the media likes them less than the Republicans. |

I'd cut out a nut with a dull knife to have a lib in the white house.
