George Zimmerman has already been cleared based on Florida LAW.


2011 Florida Statutes CHAPTER 776 JUSTIFIABLE USE OF FORCE[20]

776.012 Use of force in defense of person.—A person is justified in using force, except deadly force, against another when and to the extent that the person reasonably believes that such conduct is necessary to defend himself or herself or another against the other’s imminent use of unlawful force. However, a person is justified in the use of deadly force and does not have a duty to retreat if:

(1) He or she reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another or to prevent the imminent commission of a forcible felony; or

This Zimmerman guy is going to be "thrown under the bus" in an ill-devised effort to stave off racial discord. It will fail, however, because the wheels of justice will turn and he's not going to be found guilty..........and we'll have riots anyway.

Manslaughter? Perhaps. Second degree murder? Hardly! That requires "premeditation" -- which just wasn't in the mix.

This whole story if f'd up from start to finish but he's by no means guilty at all. The racial aspects of this that have been brought up are disturbing to say the least. I can't believe this is even happening in these United States.

I am getting real tired of the racial card getting played on every bi-racial dispute.

How is it that (and I don't mean this racially at all) a white male is the only person in the USA that cannot claim a racial act has happened to them?

Every other race has groups that support them and heck even tv channels that do the same.
