I agree with Mr Gingrich - Too much attention is turned to the mundane, little stuff and not enough focus on the real issues. The audience certainly agreed with Mr. G.

OTOH, I've seen some 'real issue' questions posed to candidates and they danced around the issue like it's an out of control bonfire.

So...there's a little bit here that goes both ways.
