There is protection for a home owner to fly a Flag how they please, and those laws may not cover HOA members or those of us who rent. There was talk last year about expanding that to prevent like this.

By the way, I don't care how you fly our Nation's Colors, as long as you do so with pride. No individual should be told they can't fly the flag the way they please.

Well if it goes to court, we can be pretty sure what the damn liberal "justice system" (what an oxymoron) will decide. We all have to be so damn politically correct these days. If he does win, I hope he doubles the length of the pole and the size of the flag.

We had an HOA in Columbia SC told a veteran that he could not fly the two flags he had flying, one being Old Glory the one below it was a Medal of Honor Flag. Did not take long for them not to be able to handle the heat and gave the green light for him to fly them.

it makes me wanna drive from az to ohio and put up a 50 footer in his front yard. im a vet and if anyone told me i couldnt fly a flag however i please it would make my blood boil and i would probably do something stupid in a blackout rage. i have images of my friends laying dead on the ground burned in my brain from fighting for this country and that my friend is a line that just wont be crossed as long as i have anything to do with it. grrrrrrrrrrr, now i'm angry!!

just trying to share with people what America has become..

I'm sure if it was a different national flag it would be ok..
but since it is the USA it's a no go... kinda like christianity and Christmas

i know it wasnt meant to get anyone mad or angry. but its just a reminder that all this has come about because so many americans just dont care and stand by and do nothing. if all americans were proud of the country they live in and were willing to fight for freedoms then the HOA would have never been allowed to make this rule in the first place.
