Those are some ugly numbers Dave.
Shame most voters won't look at things like this when they're electing their, representatives. |

I'd like it if they'd compare it to January 2008. I know for a fact that business practices changed (at least in the hi-tech circle) as soon as BO became the DNC nominee.

With doing commercial service work, the day that jackazz came into the picture,I could see corporations tightening their belt on spending,I can't give a numerical figure, but before him they would let money go and never even blink, now they don't want to let any go,or have no money at all.
![]() ![]() So how's that hope and change working? From most people's view...it would have to move up just to suck out loud!! ![]() ![]() ![]() If he gets re-elected,we're done..stick a fork in us....the muslims won the west ![]() ![]()

comparing to 2009 means nothing. I want to see Jan 2008 compared to the current numbers.

I like that. Just to be clear though, that is an abbreviated version. And the whole version is really great!
snopes.com: Margaret Thatcher on Socialism Also, this has been the only way I've been able to get through to those who think they should get what I have as well.... I ask them "if you get half of what I have, what happens when I run out?"

The percentage of each past president's cabinet who had worked in the private business sector prior to their appointment to the cabinet. You know what the private business sector is…a real-life business, not a government job. Here are the percentages.
T. Roosevelt..........38% Taft......................40% Wilson ..................52% Harding.................49% Coolidge................ 48% Hoover .................42% F. Roosevelt.........50% Truman.................50% Eisenhower............57% Kennedy................30% Johnson...............47% Nixon....................53% Ford.......................42% Carter.....................32% Reagan...................56% GH Bush............... 51% Clinton ..................39% GW Bush................55% And the winner is: Obama............... 8% This helps to explain the incompetence of this administration: only 8% of them have ever worked in private business! That's right! Only eight percent---the least, by far, of the last 19 presidents! And these people are trying to tell our big corporations how to run their business? They know what's best for GM, Chrysler, Wall Street, and you and me? How can the president of a major nation and society, the one with the most successful economic system in world history, stand and talk about business when he's never worked for one? Or about jobs when he has never really had one? And when it's the same for 92% of his senior staff and closest advisers? They've spent most of their time in academia, government and/or non-profit jobs or as "community organizers." They should have been in an employment line. |
