I hate to tell you all this but it happens more than it gets reported in the news media. They have used all kinds of methods from fake border patrol vehicles, ambulances to anything you can think of. It is a multi billion dollar industry and they have people that try and figure out the next great move.

Whats stopping Texas' and all the other border states citzens from shiiting these scumbags on sight? If you see someone cross the border not at a checkpoint, why can't you blow them away? And where is that damn fence? There is NO REASON we shouldn't have one to keep mexico out... that or we need to Annex mexico and turn it into America's sh!thole.
